Dayclock Mahogany Classic 7-Day Clock

The DayClock is the creation of Mark Pierce and John Kallestad. The inspiration for the greatest retirement gift was born in the middle of the Black Rock Desert of Nevada in July. Mark and John had been on vacation for more than a few days knowing their wives would be arriving to meet them on Friday.

The trouble was they didn't know what day it was and their wristwatches only gave them the date, which didn't help. After several beers around the campfire the design for the DayClock was hatched. The outcome was a clock, which gave them the only vital information they needed --what day is it anyway?!

The Day Clock face is divided into seven segments, and the day hand makes one revolution every 168 hours. The border lines denote midnight and the midway point is noon. It's a whole new way of looking at time.
