The Chaney 00985 Wireless Refrigerator and Freezer Thermometer is a compact digital thermometer that helps you protect your food investment with programmable temperature alarms for both your refrigerator and freezer.

This device will alert you to unsafe temperature in your refrigerator and/or freezer so you can take action before serious damage takes place. You’ll also know exactly what the precise temperatures are in both your refrigerator and freezer. No guessing! Alarm Feature.

When temperatures fall beneath preset minimum maximum values, the 00985 activates both audible and visible alarms alert you to take appropriate action. This digital thermometer comes complete with two wireless remote temperature sensors for both refrigerator and freezer. Protection against False Alarms.

If the temperature for a remote sensor rises or falls below the preset minimum or maximum for 15 minutes, the alarm will be activated. The 15-minute delay is engineered to eliminate "false alarms" that could occur when the door is opened repeatedly to stock items from the refrigerator or freezer. This unit displays current refrigerator and freezer temperatures in large, bold easy to read digits. This unit also records minimum and maximum temperatures so you can see variations in temperature history. Easy to set-up and use. Each remote has an attachment clip with rubber grips to securely hold the remote to the edge of a glass or wire shelf found in all late model refrigerators or you can use the included suction cups to attach the remotes to the interior surface.
