The current system regulates nutrients and light to optimize growth for each specific plant type. The AeroGarden Pro-100 takes the optimization one step further with Adaptive Growth, by delivering nutrients and light according to their specific stage of growth when they need it.
From germination, to initial growth to advanced growth, the Pro-100 delivers just what the plant needs, just at the right time. As a result, the unit can speed up the growth of leafy greens in your AeroGarden Pro 100.
In addition, since grow lights lose power over time before they actually burn out, it is important to replace your bulbs every 6 months.
The Pro 100 includes a Grow Light Replacement System, to automatically remind you when it is time to replace the lights for continued optimum plant health and growth.
The Pro 100 Super Grow 24 hour light cycle lets the experienced gardener override the built in timer, which is maximized at 17 hours of light, to provide more light. This expands the possibilities for gardeners who may want to plant their owns seeds in conjunction with the Master Gardener Seed Kit.
How big is the AeroGarden?
The AeroGarden has the footprint of a breadbox and is sized to fit conveniently under most cabinets. The AeroGarden measures 16” long by 10 1/2” wide by 15 1/2” high when it is first set up with the lights at the lowest possible setting, and 21” high at the highest level.
