How fast are you going to get your shipment?
We ship within 48 hours. You’ll have it fast, usually within 3-6 business days depending where you call home. International shipments take a little longer – and we’ll need your telephone number for the tons of paperwork the government needs to hit with that big rubber stamp. We know what it’s like to wait – we don’t like to wait either.
What about Shipping Costs?
Getting your shipment to you safely and quickly is our top priority. We take your business seriously from our award winning customer service to the materials that we use to carefully pack and ship your purchase. We use clean new boxes, premium packing materials, and some love too. It may cost a little more, but we think it’s worth it.
We don’t want you to have to deal with damages - so we take the extra effort up front before the shipping company gets the chance to celebrate in the end zone with your purchase. We believe in being proactive and it works. Our customers trust us and we like that. And doesn’t that feel good.

What about returns?
Since we select products that meet our quality standards first, we hardly ever have a need for product returns (our return rate is 0.23 %!), but we want you to know that we are here for you if you need us!
Since we ship all over the world, it’s going to be your responsibility for the return shipping costs in that event. Enough said.
