Returns: 

Please call and get an authorization # before returning merchandise. If you have a problem with a damaged item please call our customer service department at 979-578-9094. We do not refund shipping charges for returning non-defective merchandise.

Damages:

DAMAGED shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.

When you order by mail, be sure to include all item #'s and the full item name and price, as well as your name address, phone and e-mail (if available). Tax is not necessary outside of Texas  (TX sales tax is 8.25%).

Please add the items you want to order to your shopping cart and enter in your ship-to information. After hitting the 'submit' button, your shipping cost will appear on the right side of the page. Please include this on your order form.

Outside the 48 States? Please call us for a shipping quote prior to mailing your order. We will do our best to get you the lowest shipping cost possible with the fastest delivery time.
