Returns:
Please call and get an authorization # before returning merchandise. If you have a problem with a damaged item please call our customer service department at 517-227-5150. We do not refund shipping charges for returning non-defective merchandise.
Damages:
DAMAGED shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.

When you order by mail, be sure to include all item #'s and the full item name and price, as well as your name address, phone and e-mail (if available). Tax is not necessary outside of Michigan (MI sales tax is 6%).
